Once parents have registered an email address with us - required when you first log in if we don't have an email already in our school system - you can then click "lost password" below the login box on the Home page, and then enter your username (p_####) in the top-most textbox, or your email address in the lower box - you don't need to provide both.
The VLE will send an email with a link to confirm you wish your password to be reset, and then send you a replacement password.
